Special Notice on Sales Tax

The sales tax amount shown in the above “Tax” section may not be calculated correctly until after you have input the Country, State, City and Zip Code information in the “Change Address” fields in the Shipping section.  Sales taxes are charged to shipping destinations in Florida only.

Special Notice on Shipping

If the Shipping Item of the Cart Totals Section above has the notice: “No Shipping Options Were Available For . . . ”  the total weight of your order is over 150 pounds and the shipping charges must be calculated manually.  Orders over 150 pounds cannot be shipped by regular UPS and are typically shipped by LTL trucking.  You may either: 

(1) Click on “Proceed to Checkout” and the order process will go to the Checkout page where you will complete address and payment information and submit your order.  However, your order will not be processed until shipping charges can be processed separately.  We will advise you of the shipping cost by telephone or email prior to processing your order, and will complete your order only if you agree to the shipping cost; or

(2) you may email us (sales@diesel-fuels.com) with your order and shipping address information and we will provide you with a shipping quote; or

(3) you may call us (877-826-7645) and we will process your order manually over the telephone.

Quotes and Inventory

We can also provide you with a written quote,  including shipping costs, for businesses that need written quotes for their internal processing.  Please email sales@diesel-fuels.com and be sure to include your billing address, shipping address (street address) and products and quantities you wish to include in the written quote.

Also, do email us at sales@diesel-fuels.com to have us check our inventory prior to placing your order, especially if you are ordering a larger quantity of a single product.  We strive to maintain inventory levels, but some orders can be quite large and unexpectedly completely deplete your inventory of an individual product.

More on Shipping

Your order may be shipped on the same day placed if your order is submitted through the shopping cart before Noon Eastern Standard Time, but do not assume that is the case.  We strive to ship orders no later than the business day after your order is submitted, but issues like products being out-of-inventory, weather, shipper delays in picking up orders, etc. may delay shipments.  If the delay in shipment is expected to be more than three days, we will email you.  Please do not chose an expedited shipping option and assume your order will be shipped the same day that your order is placed.
