MTC 3000 – Cart Mounted Mobile Fuel Maintenance System – 1,560 GPH

Description

The MTC 3000 is designed for tank cleaning jobs involving contaminated fuel that require the removal of water, sediment, and sludge accumulation.  The MTC 3000 features the following capabilities:

• Flow Rate:  1,440 GPH / 5400 LPH for 115 V / 60 Hz Systems, and 1,560 GPH / 5,900 LPH for 230V/50Hz Systems
• Ideal Tank Size: 5,000 to 25,000 gallons (18,900 to 94,600 ltrs)
• Mobility:  Hand cart mounted components for ease of use and full mobility
• Environmental Safety:  Spill tray controls spillage during filter changes
• Power:  Available in either 115 Volt 60Hz (15 Amp) or 230V 50Hz (15 Amp)
• Primary Filtration:  FP-40 Purifier / Water Separator
• Secondary Filtration:  Spin-on Filter
• Secondary Filters Available:  3-Micron Particulate (Part No. FF-3), 10-Micron Particulate (Part No. FF-10) , 25-Micron Particulate (Part No. FF-25), 3-Micron Absolute “X-Glass” Particulate (Part No. FFZ-3), 3-Micron Water Block (Part No. WB-3), and 10-Micron Water Block (Part No. WB-10)
• Pressure Gauge:  Secondary Filter to alert for filter changes
• Fuel Conditioner:  Inline LG-X 3000
• Connections:  Cam & Groove 1.5″ Inlet and 1.25″ Outlet
• Hoses: 25 feet (7.6 m) Clear Reinforced Suction and 25 feet (7.6 m) Pressure (Discharge) Hose
• Suction Capability (Primed:  15 ft. Vertical lift or 100 ft. horizontal run (lines > 1.5″)
