MTC X – Cart Mounted Mobile Fuel Maintenance System – 1,560 GPH

Description

The MTC X is designed for tank cleaning jobs involving contaminated fuel that require the removal of water, sediment, and sludge accumulation.  The MTC X features the following capabilities:

• Flow Rate:  1,560 GPH / 5,900 LPH
• Ideal Tank Size:  5,000 to 25,000 gallons (18,900 to 94,600 ltrs)
• Mobility:  Hand cart mounted components for ease of use and full mobility
• Environmental Safety:  Spill tray controls spillage during filter changes
• Power:  Available in either 115 Volt 60Hz (15 Amp) or 230V 50Hz (15 Amp)
• Primary Filtration:  Heavy Duty Bag Filter with Differential Pressure Gauges (Pictured top clamp is optional)
• Secondary Filtration:  Two (2) Spin-on Filters (#1 Fine Filter Position sold as void filter)
• Pressure Gauge:  Secondary Filter to alert for filter changes
• Fuel Conditioner:  LG-X 3000 (Optional Add-On – Highly Recommended)
• Hoses: 25 feet of Clear Reinforced Suction and 25 feet of Pressure (Discharge) Hose
• Efficient Operations: Multi-stage design increases efficiency and minimizes the consumption of disposable filter elements

The MTC-X is often used and very effective as a portable fuel transfer pump.  In this application, the LG-X 3000 Fuel Conditioner is not necessary.  If the MTC-X is used as in portable fuel polishing and tank cleaning applications, the addition of the LG-X 3000 Fuel Conditioner is critical and is highly recommended.
