Filter Screens

Screen Filters will catch the big pieces.  Screen filters are typically more course than normal filters and are placed at the primary or first position to catch large pieces of debris during the early stages of Fuel Polishing and Tank Cleaning.

When suctioning fuel out of a tank that has been idle for a long time, it will catch foreign objects, like screws or hardened debris.  This debris may damage the pump or compromise a cellulose, paper, or other thin material in a secondary filter.

Screen filters are usually stainless steel and can be cleaned and re-used numerous times.
